TUBER This machine is used as a universal tubing machine of flush and stepped-end cut. With kraft paper or clupak (extensive paper) it produces multi-wall tubes with or without gussets. In regular size-changing work, all the places requiring adjustments are numerically controlled enabling to shorten the change-over time. As change-gears are built in the Perforating Unit, the change of cutting length between 400mm and 1,200mm becomes possible only by handle operation. In case of altering the change-gear, oil-stained-free can be achieved. The Cross Pasting Unit and the Perforating Unit, equipped with standardized One-touch Bases, enable to shorten the size-change hours.The standardized upper and side covers between the Drawing Unit and the entrance of the Forming Unit for all the plies can not only prevent dust from getting in but decrease noise and improve safety as well.
