Newlong Industrial CO., Ltd. (NLI) succeeded to contract with
Fischer & Krecke group to purchase whole Technology, Know-how,
Industrial Patent right, and Production & Sales rights for all
Mult-wall paper bag making machine (Tuber, Bottomer), Pinch
Bottomer, Palletizer and relative system on November 30,2004.
To guarantee an efficient merger of all business activities and
to ensure a smooth cooperation, a sales and maintenance company,
KONLI (Kochsiek
and NLI GmbH), has been established within the site of
Fischer & Krecke in Bielefeld.
In 2022, in order to enhance services for
European customers, KONLI transferred our service business, such as parts sales,
modification and repair of bag making machines, to HL Engineering GmbH in
Stockstadt, Germany.
