The Odate Factory of NEWLONG INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. was designated as a target company for the 2024 Akita Prefecture Project to Support the Development of an Environment for Securing and Retaining Core Human Resources, and is making capital investments for the future to secure and retain core corporate personnel and improve employee satisfaction.

Formed “Team 8(eight),” a voluntary organization in office to promote EX (Employee eXperience), established and expanded touch points with universities outside the prefecture. The team is also engaged in activities to attract new students and to improve the company's internal activities.

Organizing regular factory tour events for university students, we actively conduct activities to deepen their  understanding and interest in not only the corporate culture, products, and operations.
but also the attractions of Odate City. In addition, young employees are also appointed for event planning and management, with the aim of improving individual skills, sense of belonging and engagement through involvement in tasks that differ from daily tasks.

In response to the issues of the youth demographic and workforce shortage in the manufacturing industry, we are expanding and renovating design rooms, back offices, restrooms, etc. to create a comfortable and efficient work environment.
