It is my belief that managerial
philosophy must be established in the managementof a
company, from which the management policy should be deduced.
The Company's managerial concept represents the outcome of
my speculation which has evolved from the precious and vivid
practical experience gained since the Company was
established 60 years ago. Times may change, and men may come
and go, but the managerial cocepts, deeply embedded in the
heart of every staff member at our Company, will live
unchanged. Enterprise is eternal. A company is the common
base in which all staff and management of the company live
together, and is aplace of trial concerning human
perfection. It is my sincere and primary wish that the
progress of the company will directly lead to the happiness
of all those involved andbetter their material and spiritual
existence. To achieve the said aim, the Company must
continue to develop quality products at reasonable
prices,satisfying the consumer neesds. My managerial concept
shall remain to harmonize and sastisfythe requirements of
both the management and the staff members concerned, and
tocontribute to the social development in general by
realizing the public responsibility of all enterpreneurs.
