Cho Sewing Machine Company was founded by Yuzaburo Cho for
repair and sale of Special Industrial Sewing Machines in
Senju, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. |

The first sales branch was established in Nicho-machi,
Taito-ku, Tokyo. The private enterprise was incorporated to
Cho Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. |

Capital increased to \1,000,000-. Purchased 4950㎡ land with
a building of 2310㎡ floor space in Aoto, Katsushika-ku,
Tokyo. Large scale mass production started. |

February
Purchased 990㎡ land next to Aoto Factory to build 825㎡ floor
space factory, starting the production of multi-wall paper
bag making machine. |

Manufacturing and sales departments became independent.
Newlong Industrial Co.,Ltd is responsive for manufacturing
and Cho Sewing Machine Company for sales. (At present

in Fujioka, Tochigi-ken by purchasing 59,400㎡ land with a

it’s name to Newlong Machine Works, Ltd. |

3,432㎡ floor space in the Aoto Factory site, Katsushika-ku,
